Plats to Be Filed for Land Transfer

The Bureau of Land Management will officially file plats of survey related to land transfers under the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Reservation Restoration Act on August 5, 2026, unless protests are received. A person or party must file a written notice of protest within 30 calendar days from the date of this publication to the State Director, BLM Eastern States, 5275 Leesburg Pike, Suite 102-A, Falls Church, VA 22041; if a protest is received before filing, the filing will be stayed while the protest is considered.
