Full five-year reviews of PC strand duties
On April 7, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission began full five-year reviews to decide whether to revoke the countervailing duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Turkey and the antidumping duty orders on PC strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates.
