The Postal Service filed a request (Docket MC2026-293 / K2026-290) accepted July 2, 2026 to add Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select Contract 7 to the Competitive Product List. The Commission invited public comment by July 13, 2026. If you run a business that uses these special mail options, the contract could change prices or service terms for those services.

New PM-GA Standardized Products

The Postal Service filed three requests (accepted July 2, 2026) to add standardized distinct products: PM-GA Contract 1029 (Fulfillment), PM-GA Contract 1030 (Mid-Market), and PM-GA Contract 1031 (Fulfillment).
