QHP Enrollee Survey Renewed

If you are enrolled in a Marketplace qualified health plan (QHP), CMS will continue the QHP Enrollee Experience Survey for 2027–2029 and plans to change the survey to reduce burden and improve results. The survey covers consumer experience, will involve 72,008 respondents and an estimated 12,013 total annual hours, and CMS proposes removing four tobacco questions, replacing two race/ethnicity questions with one OMB‑aligned question, adding 5 gate questions, allowing oversampling, permitting QHP issuer name customization, adding a third email reminder on Day 40, and extending telephone dialing to begin on Day 48.
