That declaration makes SBA disaster assistance loans available to those eligible nonprofits to help repair damage and recover.

Fixed 3.625% Interest Rate for Eligible Loans

The notice sets the interest rate for eligible private nonprofit disaster loans at 3.625% for physical damage (both with and without credit available elsewhere) and 3.625% for economic injury loans without credit available elsewhere.
