Analyzed Economic Effects
3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 1 costs, 1 mixed.
1-Minute Historical Data Not Discounted; Subscribers Get Free Access
MIAX Sapphire will not apply the 20% temporary discount to ad-hoc historical requests for the 1-Minute Open-Close Report through December 31, 2026. However, current 1-Minute Report subscribers may receive historical 1-Minute Report data for free and may request historical End-of-Day and/or 10-Minute Report data for the same date or date range at no additional charge.
20% Discount Extended to Dec 31, 2026
If you are an existing monthly subscriber, MIAX Sapphire extends a temporary 20% discount on ad-hoc historical purchases of End-of-Day and 10-Minute Open-Close Report data through December 31, 2026 (the discount was previously set to expire June 30, 2026). For example, a single ad-hoc End-of-Day request that costs $500 would save $100 with the 20% discount, and a single ad-hoc 10-Minute request that costs $1,000 would save $200.
Discount Cannot Be Combined With Other Discounts
The 20% temporary discount for ad-hoc historical Open-Close Report purchases cannot be combined with any other Exchange discount, including the academic discount for Qualifying Academic Purchasers. The discount applies on an order-by-order basis.
