Non‑Examined Thai Producers Get 2.90% Rate
Companies from Thailand that were not individually reviewed (including Bridgestone, Deestone, Huayi Group (Thailand), Prinx Chengshan, S.R. Tyres, Vee Tyre & Rubber, Yokohama entities, and others listed) have been assigned the review-specific rate of 2.90%. Cash deposit rates for shipments entered on or after publication will reflect the company-specific or review-specific rates, and the all-others rate remains 17.06%.
How Duties Will Be Assessed and Deadlines
U.S. Customs and Border Protection will assess antidumping duties per the final results: Commerce will calculate importer-specific ad valorem rates or per-unit rates if entered values are missing. Commerce will issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after publication, and if a timely summons is filed, CBP will be directed not to liquidate entries until the 90-day statutory injunction window expires.
Sumitomo Rubber Faces No Duty
Commerce determined Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) had a 0.00% dumping margin for July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, meaning Sumitomo will not face antidumping duties from this review. This result is effective July 20, 2026.

On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the first sunset review of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof (lawn mowers) from the People's Republic of China (China) and the AD order on lawn mowers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). Because no domestic party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline, consistent with section 751(c)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce is revoking the AD and CVD orders on lawn mowers from China and the AD order on lawn mowers from Vietnam.
