Respondents must file responses in accordance with 19 CFR 210.13 and the Commission will consider responses received no later than 20 days after service, or a failure to respond may be treated as a waiver that can lead to default findings and orders.

The scope of the investigation covers dynamic random access memory devices specifically DDR5 generation DIMMs and high bandwidth memory (HBM), and products containing them such as servers, computing systems, and storage systems.
