Published Date: 7/23/2026

Notice

Summary

NYSE National is updating its fee schedule to let users connect to a new data feed called MX2 Options at their Mahwah data center. This change affects traders and firms who use these data feeds and could impact their connectivity costs starting immediately. It’s a smooth upgrade to keep everyone plugged into the latest market info.

Analyzed Economic Effects

5 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 3 costs, 0 mixed.

New MX2 Options Connectivity Fee

If you are a market participant who uses NYSE National colocation services, the Exchange will charge a monthly recurring connectivity fee of $2,000 for connection to the MX2 Options data feed per third party data feed. That $2,000/month fee applies to Users who voluntarily elect the Exchange's connectivity service for MX2 Options.

You Must Also Contract and Pay MX2 for Data

To receive the MX2 Options data you must enter into a contract with the third-party content provider (MX2) and may be charged by that provider for the data feed; the Exchange will charge only for connectivity in addition to any third-party data fees.

Availability Around September 14, 2026

The Exchange will make connectivity to the MX2 Options feed available as soon as practicable after the feed goes live; the announced live date for MX2 Options is September 14, 2026, and the Exchange expects to be operative soon thereafter and will notify customers by customer notice.

Data Only — No Order Entry Access

Connecting to MX2 Options through the Exchange provides trading and other market information but does not provide access or order entry to NYSE National's execution system or to the execution systems of the third-party that generates the feed.

Voluntary Service, Applied Equally

Purchasing the Exchange's connectivity to MX2 Options is voluntary and the Connectivity Fee Schedule is applied uniformly to all Users; the Exchange states the service would be available on the same terms to all Users and it expects at most a handful of new customers from this change.
