The previously authorized source of supply for these items was Lions Volunteer Blind Industries, Inc., Morristown, TN.

The agency certified this deletion will not have a significant impact on a substantial number of small entities. The certification states the action will not create additional reporting, recordkeeping, or other compliance requirements; it may authorize small entities to furnish the products to the Government; and there are no known regulatory alternatives to meet the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act objectives for these deleted products.
