Antidumping duties on Japanese cranes
If you import lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, antidumping duties will be assessed on unliquidated entries entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after January 16, 2026. Effective July 23, 2026, U.S. Customs will require cash deposits equal to the estimated dumping margins: Kobelco 12.36%, Sumitomo 20.00%, and all other exporters 16.18%.
