5 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 3 costs, 0 mixed.
Primary 10Gb Cross‑Connect: $6,000/month
If you connect directly to TXSE's primary facility, the Exchange will charge $6,000 per 10 Gigabit physical interface each month. This fee applies to both Members and non‑Members and is assessed for any month the participant is credentialed.
Disaster‑Recovery 10Gb Cross‑Connect: $3,000/month
If you take a 10 Gigabit physical connection to TXSE's disaster recovery facility, the Exchange will charge $3,000 per 10Gb physical interface each month. The fee applies to both Members and non‑Members.
Logical Port Fees: $450/month per port
TXSE will charge $450 per month for each Order Entry port and each Drop Copy port, and $450 per month for Multicast FEED and Multicast BALE proprietary market data services. The Multicast fee will be charged only once per Member or non‑Member per data product.
No Fee for Test Environment and DR Logical Ports
TXSE will not charge for Order Entry Ports or Drop Copy Ports in the disaster recovery facility, and the Exchange will not charge for any logical connectivity in its Test Environment. This reduces direct Exchange charges for testing and DR logical sessions.
Billing: Fees Assessed and Pro‑Ration Rule
Monthly physical and logical connectivity fees are assessed in any month a Member or non‑Member is credentialed and will be pro‑rated for partial‑month credentialing based on the number of trading days credentialed divided by the total number of trading days in that month. Fees are therefore reduced proportionally if credentialing begins or ends mid‑month.
