The proposed authorized nonprofit source is Opportunity Center, Incorporated, New Castle, DE. Comments on the proposal are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: Foliage Green Product NSN

The Committee proposes deleting product 8465-01-524-7689 (Foliage Green) from the Procurement List. The current authorized source listed is Travis Association for the Blind, Austin, TX. Comments on the proposal are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: Two Beverage Base Products

The Committee proposes deleting two product NSNs supplied by BOSMA Enterprises, Indianapolis, IN: 8955-01-E10-1648 (Beverage Base, Non-nutritive, Sweetened, Lemonade) and 8955-01-E10-1650 (Beverage Base, Non-nutritive, Sweetened, Raspberry Ice) from the Procurement List. Comments on the proposal are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: Minot AFB Commissary Services

The Committee proposes deleting the Shelf Stocking, Custodial & Warehousing service at the Defense Commissary Agency, Minot Air Force Base Commissary (360 Missile Avenue, Bldg. 246, Minot AFB, ND). The current authorized source is CW Resources, Inc., New Britain, CT. Comments are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: Camp Grip Janitorial Service

The Committee proposes deleting Janitorial services at US Customs and Border Protection, Camp Grip, Wellton, AZ (Devil's Highway, Wellton, AZ). The current authorized source is ACHIEVE Human Services, Inc., Yuma, AZ. Comments are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: BLM Las Cruces Custodial Service

The Committee proposes deleting Custodial and Refuse Removal Services for the Bureau of Land Management, Las Cruces District Office, Upham and I-25 Parking Sites (1800 Marquess St., Las Cruces, NM). The current authorized source is Tresco, Inc., Las Cruces, NM. Comments are due by August 29, 2026.

Deletion: Cannon AFB Furnishing Management

The Committee proposes deleting the Furnishing Management Service (dormitory campus, CAFB Fire Department, Base Confinement Area & Fire Department Melrose AF Range) at Cannon Air Force Base, NM (110 E Alison Avenue, Building 600). The current authorized source is ENMRSH, Inc., Clovis, NM. Comments are due by August 29, 2026.
