Summary
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain preserved mushrooms (preserved mushrooms) from Chile, the People's Republic of China (China), India, and Indonesia would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders.

Antidumping Duties Continue on Imports
The antidumping duty (AD) orders on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia remain in effect as of July 16, 2026. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue to collect AD cash deposits at the rates in effect at the time of entry for all imports of the covered mushrooms.
Which Mushroom Products Are Covered
The Orders cover preserved mushrooms of the species Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bitorquis, whether whole, sliced, diced, or as stems and pieces, including brined mushrooms. Excluded are other species (including straw mushrooms), fresh or chilled mushrooms, dried mushrooms, frozen mushrooms, and marinated/acidified/pickled mushrooms. The merchandise is linked to HTSUS subheadings such as 2003.10.0127 and 0711.51.0000 for Customs purposes.

On July 17, 2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Limited v. United States, Court no. 21-00627, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s third remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand covering the period of review March 1, 2019, through February 29, 2020. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margin assigned to Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. (Saha Thai) and Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd. (Thai Premium).
