Limited Exclusion Order Rescinded
The U.S. International Trade Commission rescinded the limited exclusion order (LEO) that it had issued on August 29, 2022 and that had been directed to Zhejiang Quingyou Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Mediatek Tong Technology Co., Ltd. The Commission voted on this determination on July 31, 2026 and the rescission proceeding was terminated.
Complainant Failed Annual Trademark Filings
The NOCO Company was required by the LEO to make annual filings stating whether it continued to use the asserted trademarks, but the company did not make any such filings after the LEO issued. The Commission determined that this failure to comply supported rescission of the LEO under 19 U.S.C. 1337(k).
