If you live or run a business in the listed affected counties (Primary: Philadelphia; Contiguous PA: Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery; Contiguous NJ: Burlington, Camden, Gloucester), you may apply for SBA disaster loans online at https://lending.sba.gov or in person. The deadline to apply for Physical Damage loans is September 28, 2026, and the Economic Injury (EIDL) loan application deadline is April 30, 2027.
