Request to Release Masked Waybill Data
The Surface Transportation Board received a request from Merced County, California (docket WB26-32-08/03/26) to use select records from the Board's masked Carload Waybill Samples covering 2015 through 2024 for shipments originating, terminating, or passing through California. The waybill sample contains confidential railroad and shipper data, and any party wishing to object must file objections with the Board's Office of Economics within 14 calendar days of this notice under the release rules at 49 CFR 1244.9.
