Cash Deposit Rates After Final Results
If the final results impose duties, new cash deposit requirements will apply to shipments entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after the publication date of the final results. The notice states the all-others cash deposit rate from the original investigation is 34.32 percent and that the company-specific cash deposit rate will be the rate established in the final results of this review (unless it is de minimis).
Importer Certificate on Reimbursement Requirement
Importers must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping duties before liquidation of relevant entries under 19 CFR 351.402(f). If you fail to file this certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess double antidumping duties.
Automatic Assessment and Liquidation Instructions
Commerce will follow its automatic assessment practice: for entries produced by Okechamp that did not know the goods were destined for the United States, Commerce intends to instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate those entries at the all-others rate from the less-than-fair-value investigation if no rate exists for intermediate companies. If a timely summons is filed at the U.S. Court of International Trade, Commerce will instruct CBP not to liquidate until the statutory injunction window (within 90 days of publication) has expired.
Preliminary Dumping Margin for Okechamp
Commerce preliminarily found that Okechamp S.A. sold certain preserved mushrooms from Poland at less than normal value, with a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.54 percent for the period May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. This is a preliminary finding that could be used in calculating duties if upheld in the final results.
How Importer-Specific Assessment Rates Are Calculated
If the final weighted-average dumping margin for Okechamp is not zero or de minimis (de minimis is less than 0.50 percent), Commerce intends to calculate importer-specific assessment rates by dividing the total amount of dumping for examined sales by the entered value of those sales. Where entered values are missing, Commerce will calculate a per-unit assessment rate based on dumping divided by quantity and will convert to an ad valorem ratio to test for de minimis.

The Family and Youth Services Bureau's (FYSB) Runaway and Homeless Youth Division has a legislative requirement to fund a National Communication System, which is currently operated by the National Runaway Safeline (NRS). The NRS provides information, referral services, crisis intervention, and prevention resources to vulnerable youth at risk of running away and/or becoming homeless and their families or legal guardians at no cost. When necessary, the NRS refers runaway and homeless youth to shelters, counseling, medical assistance, and other vital services. The NRS collects information from all contacts with youth and adults connecting with the NRS (i.e., parents, family members, legal guardians, service providers) on a voluntary basis to inform crisis services and develop an annual report on the information collected during calls, chats, emails, and forum posts from young people who reached out to the NRS's crisis services. This information collection is approved under Office of Management and Budget (OMB)#: 0970-0610. FYSB plans to submit a request to OMB to extend approval of these activities beyond the current expiration date of May 31, 2026.
