If you are a Veteran or Servicemember applying for VA specially adapted housing grants, you must complete VA Form 26-4555c one time so the VA can evaluate proposed housing modifications or construction. The form is estimated to take 15 minutes per respondent, with about 1,400 respondents and 350 total burden hours annually. Comments on this information collection are due by September 10, 2026.
