Summary
Based upon the timely withdrawal of all review requests, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative reviews covering the periods of review (PORs) of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders identified in the table below.

File reimbursement certificate or risk doubled duties
Importers of merchandise subject to AD orders must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping and/or countervailing duties prior to liquidation of the entries for the PORs. If importers fail to file that certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess doubled antidumping duties.
Rescinded AD/CVD reviews; duties assessed
Commerce is rescinding the listed antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) administrative reviews and will tell Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess duties on entries during the listed periods of review (PORs) at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry. The rescinded reviews cover the orders and PORs shown in the table (examples include Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from Egypt, A-729-803, POR 4/1/2025–3/31/2026, and Gas Powered Pressure Washers from China, A-570-148, POR 2/1/2025–1/31/2026).
Timing for issuance of assessment instructions
Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP no earlier than 35 days after this notice is published in the Federal Register for rescinded reviews on countries other than Canada and Mexico, and no earlier than 41 days after publication for rescinded reviews on Canada or Mexico. The notice is published August 11, 2026, so these waiting periods apply from that publication date.
