Small Broker Data Fee Rises $500/month

If you are a Small Retail Broker in EDGX's Small Retail Broker Distribution Program, your discounted External Distribution Fee for the EDGX Top Feed increases from $750 per month to $1,250 per month, effective immediately upon filing on August 6, 2026. The new $1,250/month fee remains a discount compared to the standard $2,250 per month External Distribution Fee for the EDGX Top Feed.

Program Eligibility Remains Unchanged

The Exchange states that no other features of the Small Retail Broker Distribution Program will change, including the eligibility criteria: distributor must be a broker-dealer distributing to Non-Professional Data Users with a brokerage relationship, at least 90% of the subscriber population must be Non-Professional subscribers, and distribution must be to no more than 10,000 Non-Professional Data Users. Brokers who already meet these criteria remain eligible under the Program.
