One‑Minute Intra‑Day Options Feed
The Exchange will offer a new One-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report that provides NYSE Arca proprietary options open/close volume data in one‑minute "snapshots," updated every one minute and made available to subscribers within five minutes of each one‑minute period. The data fields match the existing intra-day product (by origin, buy/sell side, contract volume, open/close, and trade-size buckets) but will be delivered far more frequently than the current 10‑minute updates.
Subscribers May Face Monthly Fees
The Exchange will set monthly subscriber fees for the One‑Minute Interval Intra-Day Report by a separate proposed rule change that it will file prior to the product launch; the Exchange will announce the implementation date by Trader Update no later than the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. The product is voluntary and only available to those who choose to subscribe.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is publishing the Chairman's agenda of rulemaking actions pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act ("RFA") (Pub. L. 96-354, 94 Stat. 1164) (Sept. 19, 1980). The items listed in the Regulatory Flexibility Agenda reflect only the priorities of the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and do not necessarily reflect the views and priorities of any individual Commissioner. Information in the agenda was accurate on May 12, 2026, the date on which the Commission's staff completed compilation of the data. To the extent possible, rulemaking actions by the Commission since that date have been reflected in the agenda. The Commission invites questions and public comment on the agenda and on the individual agenda entries. The Commission is now printing in the Federal Register, along with our preamble, only those agenda entries for which we have indicated that preparation of an RFA analysis is required. The Commission's complete RFA agenda will be available online at www.reginfo.gov.
