Summary
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing efforts to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Data Collection for the Residential Care Community and Adult Day Services Center Components of the National Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Study. The purpose is to collect data for the residential care community and adult day services center components for the 2027 wave of the National Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Study.

For National Institute of Public Health, Cambodia, the award is for approximately $1,000,000 in FFY 2026, subject to the availability of funds. The CDC is giving about $4 million to the Task Force for Global Health to help detect and fight flu and other respiratory viruses from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027. This funding supports teamwork between the CDC, health ministries, and partners worldwide to keep people safer from seasonal and pandemic flu. Future funding for years 2-5 will depend on how things go.

NMFS has received a request from the City of Hoonah (Hoonah) for the re-issuance of a previously issued incidental harassment authorization (IHA) with the only change being effective dates. The initial IHA authorized take of 8 species (12 stocks) of marine mammals, by harassment only, incidental to construction associated with the Cargo Dock Project in Hoonah, Alaska. The project has been delayed and none of the work covered in the initial IHA has been conducted. The scope of the activities and anticipated effects remain the same, authorized take numbers are not changed, and the required mitigation, monitoring, and reporting remains the same as included in the initial IHA. NMFS is, therefore, issuing a second identical IHA to cover the incidental take analyzed and authorized in the initial IHA.
