Summary
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the 18 companies under review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China), covering the period of review (POR) May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025, are not eligible to receive a separate rate and are, therefore, part of the China-wide entity.

3 provisions identified: 0 benefits, 3 costs, 0 mixed.
86.01% Duty Applied to Listed Exporters
If you imported aluminum extrusions from any of the 18 companies listed for the period May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025, Commerce will treat those companies as part of the China-wide entity and instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties at an ad valorem rate of 86.01% on those entries. Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after publication of these final results (publication date August 17, 2026).
Cash Deposit Rate Set at 86.01%
For shipments of the subject aluminum extrusions entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the publication date (August 17, 2026), China exporters that have not been found entitled to a separate rate must post a cash deposit equal to the China-wide rate of 86.01%. Previously examined exporters with separate rates will continue to use their published exporter-specific rates, and non-China exporters without a separate rate must use the rate of the China exporter that supplied them.
Reimbursement Certificate & Double-Duty Risk
If you are an importer, you must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping or countervailing duties prior to liquidation of relevant entries under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2). If you fail to file the required certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess double antidumping duties and/or increase antidumping duties by the amount of countervailing duties.
