Mandatory CRM Reporting by Awardees

Estimated Time Burden and Responses
MBDA estimates 20 respondents, about 200 responses per respondent, each response taking about 30 minutes, for an estimated total annual burden of 2,000 hours. The agency estimates the total annual cost to the public is $0 and states the respondent's obligation is mandatory.
Data Sharing with Federal Agencies
MBDA notes the forms include a statement that information collected may be transferred to other federal agencies for research and studies on minority and underserved businesses. Data entered into the Online CRM/Performance Database may therefore be shared for interagency research purposes.

2026-14204, Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary; Delay of Effective Date
NOAA is giving everyone more time before the rule that bans grappling or anchoring on Lake Ontario shipwrecks kicks in. Instead of starting in July 2026, this rule is now delayed until September 2028 to let NOAA set up mooring buoys and work with divers and boaters.
