Mandatory Procurements Added at Three Sites
The Federal Government added three services to the Procurement List that must be purchased from nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, effective September 20, 2026. The mandatory purchases apply at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho; Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (Calabasas), California; and the ICE El Paso Field Office, El Paso, Texas, and the named nonprofit agencies are authorized sources of supply.
Procurement List Deletions at Four Sites
The Federal Government removed four services from the Procurement List effective September 20, 2026. The deletions apply to sites in Brookline, Massachusetts; Fort Collins, Colorado; Carson City, Nevada; and Lufkin, Texas, meaning those services are no longer on the Procurement List at those specific locations.
Agency Certifies No Significant Small-Entity Impact
The agency certified that adding and deleting these services will not have a significant impact on a substantial number of small entities. The certification notes the action will not impose new reporting or compliance requirements and may authorize small entities to furnish services to the Government.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, agencies are required to publish a Notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the agency is renewing an existing information collection for OMB review and approval and requests public review and comment on the submission. The agencies received no comments in response to the sixty (60) day notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional thirty (30) days for public comments to be submitted. Comments are being solicited on the need for the information; the accuracy of the burden estimate; the quality, practical utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize reporting the burden, including automated collected techniques and uses of other forms of technology.
