MEMX amended Rule 13.4(a) to add the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) as a source of market data used for order handling, routing, execution, and related compliance. MEMX will use TXSE market data from the Consolidated Quotation System (CQS) / UTP Quotation Data Feed (UQDF); the rule reflects TXSE operations beginning July 6, 2026 and the change was filed August 12, 2026 and made operative upon filing.
