Tier 4 Rebate Eligibility Based on Affiliated Volume

If your firm is an exchange Member, you can qualify for the Tier 4 Priority Customer complex order rebate even if your Priority Customer complex order volume would otherwise place you in Tier 1–3, provided your Total Affiliated Member or Affiliated Entity Volume is 1.2% or more of Customer Total Consolidated Volume. Members who qualify this way would also be eligible for the Tier 4 additional rebates tied to FLEX Order volume.

PIM Rebate Reduced to $0.105 per Contract

Electronic Access Members that use PIM to execute more than 0.75% of Priority Customer volume (measured as a percentage of Customer Total Consolidated Volume per day in a month) will see the PIM rebate reduced from $0.11 per contract to $0.105 per contract. The rebate applies to Priority Customer Regular Orders under 250 contracts submitted to PIM.
