New Alternative Path to Reduced Trading Fee

If you are a Member of MEMX that executes retail orders in stocks priced below $1.00, you can now qualify for the reduced Removed Sub-Dollar Retail Volume fee of 0.18% of the transaction dollar value either by (1) achieving a Retail Order ADAV of at least 20,000,000 shares, or (2) achieving a Retail Order ADAV of at least 10,000,000 shares and a Step‑Up Retail Order ADAV that is at least 50% of your April 2026 Retail Order ADAV. The Exchange’s standard fee for Removed Sub-Dollar Retail Volume remains 0.28% if you do not qualify for the tier.

Alternative Qualification Is Temporary

The new alternative qualification (10,000,000 Retail Order ADAV plus a Step‑Up Retail Order ADAV at least 50% of April 2026 Retail Order ADAV) will expire no later than January 31, 2027; the Exchange will note this expiration on the Fee Schedule and may terminate Criteria (2) earlier but would file with the SEC if it does so prior to January 31, 2027. That means the easier path to the 0.18% fee is temporary.
