NASA, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections.

Required Form and Filing Deadline

If you believe NASA discriminated against you, NASA requires you to use the NASA Complaint of Discrimination (Form NF-1355P) when filing a formal complaint. The formal complaint must be in writing, specific, signed, and filed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive the Notice of Right to File a Discrimination Complaint.

Time Burden to File a Complaint

NASA estimates that completing Form 1355 takes about 30 minutes per response. NASA expects about 60 responses per year for a total estimated annual burden of 30 hours.
