The President has extended the exercise of certain authorities under the Trading With the Enemy Act with respect to Cuba for one year. This continuation keeps those authorities in effect until September 14, 2027, and specifies they are implemented by the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (31 C.F.R. Part 515).
