Private Contractors Must Complete Twice-Yearly Survey
If you work for a private contracting firm (e.g., architecture/engineering, construction, developers/lessors) on VA major construction or major leasing projects, you will be asked to complete the CFM Stakeholder Feedback Survey twice a year for the duration of the project. The survey has 10 fixed questions plus 2 open-ended questions, is delivered by email with an online link, averages 8 minutes per response, and the agency estimates 544 respondents and a total annual burden of 73 hours.
VA Employees Asked to Provide Project Feedback
If you are a VA or affiliated federal employee (CFM, Veterans Health Administration, National Cemetery Administration, or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction management team), you will be asked to complete the CFM Stakeholder Feedback Survey twice a year for the duration of the project. Since the FAA issued AD 2024-05-06, the FAA determined that replacing the MLG door actuators is necessary to address the unsafe condition, and the applicability and definition of an affected part must be expanded. This AD continues to require the actions in AD 2024-25-06, requires replacing affected parts with serviceable parts, and expands the applicability and definition of an affected part. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
