Implementation Date Delayed to Nov 10, 2026

Nasdaq ISE is delaying the implementation deadline for SR-ISE-2026-18 from "on or before Q3 2026" to "on or before November 10, 2026" so it can finish technology development and testing. The Exchange will notify Members of the specific implementation date in an Options Trader Alert before it goes into effect.

Members May Trade Against Market Maker Agency Orders

The rule change SR-ISE-2026-18 (whose implementation is being delayed) permits orders by Members in the Facilitation Mechanism, SOM, PIM, FLEX PIM, or FLEX SOM to trade against Agency Orders for the accounts of Market Makers assigned to the options class. The Exchange states it is not making any substantive changes to that rule—only extending the outside date to implement it.
