Project Deemed Authorized If No Timely Protest
If no protest is filed by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 26, 2026, or if any protest filed is withdrawn within 30 days after that filing deadline, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest deadline (i.e., October 27, 2026). If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the deadline, the Commission will consider the request further.
