It’s a smart move to keep trading fast and reliable without extra costs during the transition.

Analyzed Economic Effects

2 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

Fee Credit for Backup Order Ports

If you are a Member or Trading Permit Holder, during an Exchange-initiated order entry protocol migration you may establish a Redundant Logical Port as a backup and be eligible for a credit of the monthly logical port fee. To get the credit you must notify the Exchange's Trade Desk as specified, cancel the Redundant Logical Port within 30 calendar days of designating it as redundant, ensure any orders/quotes on the port were due to an Exchange migration issue, and submit a credit request within 30 days after cancellation; the Exchange will review usage and, if eligible, apply the credit to the invoice for the next billing cycle.

Applies to All Affiliated Exchange Members

The Program is available to all Members and Trading Permit Holders on BZX and its affiliated exchanges (BYX, EDGA, EDGX, Cboe, and C2) on the same objective terms, so similarly situated Members across those exchanges are eligible for the same redundant-port fee credit during an Exchange-initiated migration.
