NOAA's Damage Assessment, Remediation, and Restoration Program (DARRP) is announcing new indirect cost rates on the recovery of indirect costs for its component organizations involved in natural resource damage assessment and restoration activities for fiscal year (FY) 2021. The indirect cost rates for this fiscal year and date of implementation are provided in this notice. More information on these rates and the DARRP policy can be found at the DARRP website at https:/ /darrp.noaa.gov/.

Starting April 3, 2026, new rules change shark fishing zones and times in the Atlantic to better protect sharks and manage fishing risks. Fishermen using bottom and pelagic longline gear will see updated area boundaries and must pay for electronic monitoring if fishing in certain safer zones. FDA has determined that GENGLYCOS (parisglasgene brecaparvovec-opnr), approved on August 19, 2026, manufactured by Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, Inc., meets the criteria for a priority review voucher.
