If you are a Market Maker executing manual options trades in non-Penny issues on the NYSE American trading floor, the per-contract fee for those manual transactions was changed from $0.50 to $0.90 per contract. This fee change became effective on August 18, 2026.

New $0.20 rebate for Floor Brokers

If you are a Floor Broker on the NYSE American Trading Floor, the Exchange established a $0.20 per contract rebate for Floor Broker orders that trade with a Market Maker order on the Floor. The rebate applies (including to Penny and non-Penny issues) and is effective August 18, 2026; for Floor Brokers in the FB Prepay Program the $0.20 rebate applies instead of rebates under the Manual Billable Rebate Program.
