Deleted items include Foliage Green (NSN 8465-01-524-7689) formerly authorized to Travis Association for the Blind (Austin, TX), two beverage bases (NSNs 8955-01-E10-1648 and -1650) formerly authorized to BOSMA Enterprises (Indianapolis, IN), and several services (shelf stocking, janitorial, custodial/refuse removal, furnishing management) previously authorized to named nonprofits at specific federal sites.
Agency Certifies No Significant Small-Entity Impact
The Committee certified under the Regulatory Flexibility Act that these additions and deletions will not have a significant impact on a substantial number of small entities. The certification cites three factors: no new reporting or compliance requirements, a possibility the action will authorize small entities to furnish the products or services, and no known regulatory alternatives to meet the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act objectives.
