Credit for Backup Logical Ports

If you are a Trading Permit Holder (TPH), the Exchange will credit the monthly logical port fee for a Redundant Logical Port that you establish only as a backup during an Exchange-initiated order entry protocol migration. To be eligible you must notify the Exchange's Trade Desk as specified, cancel the Redundant Logical Port within 30 calendar days of designating it as redundant, ensure any orders/quotes entered via that port were due to an Exchange migration issue, and submit a credit request within 30 days after cancellation. After review, the Exchange will apply the credit to your next billing cycle if you meet these conditions.

No Credit for TPH-Initiated Changes

If you, as a TPH, establish additional logical ports because of your own operational choices (for example, migrating from FIX to BOE on your own), you are not eligible for the Redundant Logical Port fee credit. The credit is limited to ports created solely in connection with an Exchange-initiated Migration and is not available for TPH-initiated changes.
