Up to $34M ADCMS Grants Available

If you are a State Department of Transportation, local transportation agency, Tribe, or private company, the FHWA announced up to $34,000,000 in competitive Advanced Digital Construction Management Systems (ADCMS) grants for Fiscal Year 2026. Eligible applicants may partner with institutions of higher education and businesses and are expected to apply through grants.gov; FHWA is expecting roughly 35 applicants and may publish NOFOs annually subject to available funds.

Application Burden: 132 Hours Per Applicant

If you plan to apply for an ADCMS grant, FHWA estimates an average burden of 132 hours to prepare each application. FHWA expects about 35 applications, for an estimated total of 4,620 annual burden hours.
