Los Tiguerones Designated SDGT
On August 3, 2026, the Secretary of State determined that the person known as Los Tiguerones (also known as Los Fenix and Los Igualitos) meets the criteria of Executive Order 13224 as a foreign person linked to terrorism. That determination was published in the Federal Register on September 10, 2026.
No Prior Notice For Certain Subjects
If you are a person determined to be subject to this action and you might have a constitutional presence in the United States, you will not be given prior notice of the designation. The Secretary determined that providing prior notice would render ineffectual the blocking and other measures authorized in Executive Order 13224.
