Two Public Virtual Meetings in October

The Western Water Cooperative Committee will hold two online public meetings: on October 1, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. EDT to 5:00 p.m. EDT, and on October 6, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. EDT to 4:00 p.m. EDT. Anyone interested may join the virtual meetings at no cost.

How to Submit Written Comments

You may submit written comments or statements by email in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format to the committee DFO or ADFO. Written comments must include your name, title, affiliation, address, daytime phone, and which meeting date the comment is for, and must be received at least five (5) business days before the meeting to be provided to the committee beforehand.

Rules for Making Verbal Comments

If you want to make a verbal comment during a meeting, you must request the opportunity at least five (5) business days in advance with a brief description of your subject. A 15-minute period near the end of each meeting is set aside for public verbal comments; each accepted speaker will get no more than three (3) minutes and will be called in the order requests were received.

Requesting Special Accommodations

Individuals needing special accommodations for the virtual meetings should contact the committee DFO or ADFO at least five (5) business days before the meeting so arrangements can be made. Contact information (phone and email) for the DFO and ADFO is provided in the notice.

Meeting Materials Posted After Meetings
