Wind-down Authorization for Listed Entities
OFAC authorizes transactions that are ordinarily incident and necessary to wind down transactions involving Comercializadora y Arrendadora de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (CAMSA), Casino Centenario, Diamante Casino, or any entity 50% or more owned by them. This authorization is valid from April 14, 2026 through 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on May 14, 2026, and any payment to a blocked person must be made into a blocked account in accordance with the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations and the Illicit Drug Trade Sanctions Regulations.
No Authorization for Other Blocked Persons
The general license does not authorize any transactions involving persons blocked under the GTSR or IDTSR other than the named entities in paragraph (a). Transactions with other blocked persons remain prohibited unless they are separately authorized by OFAC.
