New 4 kW Co‑Location PCS Option

The Exchange will offer a new Partial Cabinet Solution (PCS) Option B sized at 4 kW that you can buy instead of the existing 2 kW Option A. Option B lists an initial charge of $12,000 and a monthly bundle charge of $19,000 (the filing states the 4 kW monthly charge equals $4,750 per kW, compared with $8,250 per kW for the 2 kW Option A). Eligibility Limits and Certification Requirement

To buy a PCS bundle you may only purchase one PCS bundle, you and your affiliates must not already have a PCS bundle, and after purchase your combined Aggregate Cabinet Footprint with affiliates must be no more than 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B. The filing requires a purchaser to certify (a) whether any other Users or Hosted Customers are affiliates and (b) that the combined Aggregate Cabinet Footprint will meet the 2 kW (Option A) or 4 kW (Option B) limit.
