New Electronic Reporting for Lenders

If you are an FHA-approved multifamily lender (business or other for-profit), you must submit delinquency, default, election-to-assign, and related loan-status information electronically to HUD through the Multifamily Delinquency and Default Reporting System (MDDR), replacing the paper HUD-92426 form. HUD estimates 400 respondents, 2,400 responses total, with one response per year, averaging 30 minutes per response and a total burden of 1,200 hours. Comments on the information collection are due November 16, 2026, and the OMB Control Number is 2502-0041 with an OMB expiration date of July 31, 2026.
