Higher Monthly Rebate for eDMMs

If you are an Electronic Designated Market Maker (eDMM), the Exchange increases the optional monthly Credit Per Security for an eDMM that quotes at the National Best Bid or Offer (NBBO) at least 80% of the time from $1,250 to $1,400 per month per assigned security. To be eligible, the eDMM must elect a per-share credit of $0.0020 for orders adding displayed liquidity (in lieu of $0.0045). The change is effective September 1, 2026.
