Revised Cash Deposits for Four Exporters
Commerce will apply a revised cash deposit requirement of $0.20 per kilogram to imports from Cafatex, HVG, IDI, and Loc Kim because their cash deposit rates have not been superseded. Commerce will issue revised cash deposit instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection; CASEAMEX will not receive revised cash deposit instructions because its cash deposit rate was superseded in a later review. This action is applicable September 14, 2026.
Suspended Entries May Face $0.20/kg Duty
Entries of subject fish fillets exported by CASEAMEX, Cafatex, HVG, IDI, or Loc Kim that were entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022 remain enjoined from liquidation by court order. If the Court of International Trade ruling is not appealed or is upheld on appeal, Commerce intends to instruct CBP to assess antidumping duties on those unliquidated entries at $0.20 per kilogram.
