If your business or nonprofit suffered economic harm from the Plains Oil Spill during May 22, 2026 through May 28, 2026 and is located in Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, San Bernardino, or Ventura counties, you can apply for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL). Applications may be submitted through the MySBA Loan Portal or at locally announced locations, and the application deadline is June 21, 2027.
Interest Rate for Businesses and Cooperatives
Businesses and small agricultural cooperatives that do not have credit available elsewhere are eligible for EIDLs at an interest rate of 4.000 percent.
