Liquid‑Cooled Cabinet Power in NY11-5 requires a 1-, 2-, or 3‑year commitment and carries additional installation charges of $1,800 per kVA (1‑yr), $1,650 per kVA (2‑yr), or $1,500 per kVA (3‑yr), plus ongoing monthly fees of $1,000 per kVA (1‑yr), $900 per kVA (2‑yr), or $800 per kVA (3‑yr). For example, a Single Phase 240V 20A circuit (4.80 kVA) would have monthly fees of $4,800 (1‑yr), $4,320 (2‑yr), or $3,840 (3‑yr) and installation fees of $12,240 (1‑yr), $11,520 (2‑yr), or $10,800 (3‑yr) (installation totals include the standard NY11-4/-5 installation fee). Liquid‑cooled option is optional; existing options remain

Use of Liquid‑Cooled Cabinets and Liquid‑Cooled Cabinet Power is optional; customers are not required to buy these services to connect to the Exchange or to maintain co‑location services and may continue to use existing cabinet and power offerings. Customers may choose between Nasdaq‑provided and customer‑provided liquid‑cooled cabinet options based on their needs.
