If you put cash down to secure a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement immigration bond, you will earn 3.0% interest per year for the period October 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. This 3% rate is the highest rate allowed by law and accrues while the bond is active during that period.
Quarterly Rate Formula and Posting
Treasury sets future immigration bond cash interest rates each quarter equal to the lesser of the average bond-equivalent rates on 91-day Treasury bills auctioned during the preceding calendar quarter or 3.0% per annum, but not less than zero.
